Improved Efficiency

GWPS offers a more efficient way of performing your oil maintenance routines to your specific guidelines and specifications, freeing up your workers for more productive tasks. Our skilled two man team will bring a self-contained lube trailer to your site where they can perform four oil exchanges per day as well as inspect and clean most metal debris from gearboxes.

With every oil exchange you will receive a brief gearbox assessment report with samples of any debris found, as well as samples of used and new oil.

Maximum Cleanliness

Using precision techniques, we ensure maximum cleanliness by filtering your new oil through a 10 micron absolute system at the end of our oil return process, just before it enters the gearbox or hydraulic system. We can also provide flushing of heat exchanges and external plumbing.
