The O&M key factors of success within a wind project are preventive maintenance programs carried out according to OEM guidelines. Our highly trained, experienced personnel are supported by an organized operations group. GWPS furnishes operations and maintenance service within the United States. Functions performed during operation and maintenance:

• Forecasting and scheduling all service activities for our O&M staff
  
  
• Implementing the SCADA computer system for daily monitoring of wind farm efficiency
  
  
• Organizing and implementing all maintenance support plans and preventive maintenance
  
  
• Identifying and performing all service activities such as scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
  
  
• Performing all warranty work and any force majeure repairs
  
  
• Documenting use of equipment, personnel, tools, contractors and parts
